Founder and Managing Partner

Partner and Founder with over 13 years of consulting experience in the construction of large industrial and commercial facilities and managing investment projects. From 2016 to 2021, he served as a senior manager and head of the construction consulting practice at PwC. Prior to that, David worked for over 5 years at other leading consulting firms in project management and engineering. Under David's leadership, projects have been implemented for major Russian companies across various sectors of the economy. David graduated from the Moscow State University of Transport with a degree in Industrial and Civil Engineering 

ANDREI ORLOVSKY

Andrey is a Partner  with 15 years of experience in construction, cost engineering, and managing investment projects, including in the mining sector. He has key experience in planning investment projects from the idea stage to implementation, including CAPEX assessment, attracting and managing specialized consultants, organizing tenders, planning, and controlling overall project budgets and annual budgets of managed entities. He has experience in preparing expense plans at all project stages, cash flow reports, and optimizing investment project costs (Value Engineering), pre-tender assessments, and preliminary tender documentation
